Tamika Simpson, PsyD, MPH, PMH-C. IBCLC, CHES

Tamika is educated in both Public Health and Mental Health. She has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has a Master's Degree in Public Health and a Bachelors Degree in Health Science with a concentration in Community Health Education and Promotion. She is a board-certified lactation consultant who is trained and certified in Perinatal Mental Health specializing in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, birth trauma, and emotional issues of fertility.
Tamika takes on a strength-based approach and has experience working with both couples and individuals. Being a bi-racial Black woman, Tamika has supported clients in issues of diversity and ethnicity identity. She has worked with LGBTQIA+ families and individuals and is an ally to the community. Tamika is passionate about treating those suffering from trauma to heal and find resiliency through their own strength.
